Domestic Shipping
Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days.
Deliveries will be made within the regular business day delivery times. If we are
experiencing a high level of orders, there may be slight delays and items
bought together may not be shipped together at no extra cost to the customer. If
there are any shipping delays, we will communicate via the email provided at
the store checkout.

*Orders typically take 5 -10 business
days after the processing time is completed to be delivered. Please allow up to
15 business before contacting us during holiday seasons and sales periods as
high volume of orders may cause delays. Thank you.
Shipment to P.O.
boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please make sure that your service allows parcels
before ordering.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once an order has been shipped you will receive a
confirmation email.
Customs, duties, and taxes.
SGB General Store is not responsible for any
customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or
after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages.
SGB General Store is not liable for any products
damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please
contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We
will do our best to rectify any issues.
International Shipping Policy.
This store is to facilitate Australian residence.
If you make an international order expect delays on deliveries. Also note that
SGB General Store is not liable for any additional customs, taxes, tariffs or
border costs accrued.
Returns Policy.
In the event that the customer is not satisfied and
would like a return please contact our team via the contact page to start the
process. If a return is completed the buyer is responsible for the post return
fees and if the return is then accepted a post refund will be made with the
item refund. Please allow a few weeks for a full return and refund process to be
completed.
